A native of the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Patti graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and earned a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She is passionate about the business side of health care and has over 30 years of experience in operations management and as a dental practice management consultant.
Patti turned her focus and attention to dentistry in the early 90’s when she was asked to help with a new dental practice start-up. She is a licensed corporate and personal life coach, known for her ability to develop teams and create effective systems for successful practice operations. Patti is trained as a personal life coach and is passionate about women’s issues, particularly work-life balance and leadership. She is a lifetime member and a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM).
A “thriver,” Patti was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer in 1998. She continues to be a strong advocate for breast and ovarian cancer issues and serves as a volunteer for many community and cancer awareness programs. Patti is an active member of the Sing to Live Community Chorus which celebrates hope and survival for people whose lives have been touched by breast cancer and has served on its Board of Directors since 2016.
She has also served on the board of directors for autism and for people with disabilities. When she is not busy assisting patients and managing the practice, Patti enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves reading, movies, the arts, walking, crocheting, cross-stitching, Italian cooking, gourmet food, fine wine, entertaining, and travel.
